  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, ensuring their satisfaction with Natera's genetic testing and healthcare solutions
  • Maintain a compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients, understanding the sensitivity of genetic testing and its impact on their lives
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience
  • Stay up-to-date on Natera's products and services in order to accurately and confidently assist patients
  • Document patient interactions and keep detailed records of any issues or concerns
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations, to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Identify and escalate any potential issues or customer service trends to management for resolution
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the patient experience and provide feedback to management on potential improvements
  • Attend trainings and meetings as necessary to stay informed on company updates and advancements in genetic testing and healthcare solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare, Psychology, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Patient Support Role In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Empathize And Effectively Communicate With Patients.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance.

  • Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment While Maintaining Attention To Detail.
