Certification: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Phlebotomy Certification From A Recognized Accrediting Body, Such As The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) Or The National Healthcareer Association (Nha).
Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Phlebotomist In A Clinical Or Hospital Setting. Previous Experience In A High-Volume Laboratory Is Preferred.
Knowledge Of Phlebotomy Procedures: The Candidate Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Phlebotomy Procedures, Including Venipuncture And Capillary Puncture Techniques, As Well As Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Infection Control Measures.
