  11. Follow all quality control procedures to maintain accuracy and reliability of test results.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  14. Demonstrate a strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures related to phlebotomy.
  15. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in phlebotomy techniques.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Phlebotomy Certification From A Recognized Accrediting Body, Such As The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) Or The National Healthcareer Association (Nha).

  • Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Phlebotomist In A Clinical Or Hospital Setting. Previous Experience In A High-Volume Laboratory Is Preferred.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Phlebotomist, Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure Accurate Sample Collection And Labeling. The Candidate Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Follow Strict Protocols To Maintain The Integrity Of The Samples.
