
Application Support Specialist

You will be the go-to person for application issues and will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of applications and the ability to quickly identify and solve problems. You should also be able to communicate technical issues to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.We’re looking for someone with:• At least 5 years of experience in application support• A strong understanding of software development life cycles• Excellent customer service and communication skills• The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects• The ability to work independently with minimal supervisionIf you’re driven, detail-oriented, and have a passion for problem-solving, we’d love to have you join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding application issues.
