At Nelnet, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Call Center Supervisor to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a customer-focused attitude and be committed to providing superior customer service. The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the call center, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of supervisor experience in a call center environment. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate staff. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of call center software and systems, as well as experience with problem solving and dispute resolution. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center, including managing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a working knowledge of call center software and systems.
- Monitor and review staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, providing guidance and support to staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure customer service standards are met and exceeded.
- Prepare and provide performance reports to upper management.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to customer service processes.
- Develop and implement training and development programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
