Graphic Designer

Nelnet is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team! We’re seeking an experienced professional with a strong portfolio and a passion for design. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects such as logo design, web design, brochures, banners, and other creative materials.To be considered for this position, you must have a degree in graphic design or a related field and 3+ years of experience in the graphic design industry. You should have a strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other design software, as well as a portfolio that demonstrates your creative and technical ability. You should also have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as an eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving.We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and a passion for design. Responsibilities:

1. Create logos, web designs, brochures, banners, and other graphical materials.
2. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other design software to create visual designs.
3. Maintain a portfolio of creative and technical work.
4. Develop and execute design strategies that align with Nelnet’s brand and style guide.
5. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
6. Use excellent communication and project management skills to manage multiple projects.
7. Monitor trends in design and technology to ensure projects remain up to date.
8. Work closely with other departments to ensure designs meet their requirements.
9. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all projects.
10. Troubleshoot design problems when necessary.
