- Develop and maintain relationships with K-12 schools and districts to promote Nelnet's financial solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the K-12 education market.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and changes in the K-12 education landscape.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of Nelnet's financial solutions and how they can benefit K-12 schools and districts.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing and product development, to develop strategies and materials to effectively promote Nelnet's offerings to the K-12 education market.
- Utilize sales tools and systems to track and report on sales activities and progress.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all sales activities are in accordance with laws and policies.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Nelnet's brand and products.
- Mentor and train junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge of the K-12 education market.
- Be an advocate for Nelnet's mission of making education more accessible and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The K-12 Education Industry
Strong Understanding Of Financial Aid And Student Loan Processes
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders
