  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all administrative and facilities functions on campus.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  3. Manage and monitor budgets for various facilities and administrative departments.
  4. Hire, train, and supervise administrative and facilities staff.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support to staff.
  6. Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of administrative tasks.
  7. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair of facilities.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to enhance campus facilities and services.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols for campus facilities.
  10. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall operations and functionality of campus facilities.
  11. Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff regarding any administrative or facilities-related issues.
  12. Plan and oversee special events and projects related to campus facilities.
  13. Maintain accurate records and reports related to administrative and facilities operations.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilities management and administration.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Facilities Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Higher Education Or Large Organization Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.

  • Knowledge Of Facilities Management, Including Building Maintenance, Safety Regulations, And Space Planning.

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Responsibilities.
