Job Description

NEXT plc is looking for an experienced and organized Stock Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the qualifications and personal characteristics required to oversee and manage the stockroom operations within our company. We are seeking an individual who is highly organized, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a customer service-oriented approach. A degree in business management or a related field is preferred, but not required. This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Stock Coordinator to work with a renowned company in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the stockroom, including inventory and stocking.
  2. Ensure accurate ordering, stocking, and tracking of all products and materials.
  3. Monitor stock levels and order new items as needed.
  4. Develop and implement procedures for tracking and managing stock.
  5. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  6. Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  9. Train and mentor staff regarding stockroom procedures.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to improve stockroom efficiency and productivity.
