System Controller

The System Controller will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the workflow of the IT Systems Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Our System Controller should be able to think strategically and analytically to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our IT systems.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and at least five years of experience in an IT systems role. Knowledge of software development, database management, and experience with systems and networks is preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a strategic plan for the IT Systems Department.
2. Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems.
3. Monitor the performance of systems and networks and take corrective action as needed.
4. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.
5. Analyze existing systems and develop strategies to improve their performance.
6. Evaluate new technologies and recommend upgrades as needed.
7. Establish and enforce system policies and procedures.
8. Prepare and present detailed reports on the status of IT systems.
9. Ensure compliance with industry and government standards.
10. Train and mentor staff in the use of IT systems.
