Test Analyst

As a Test Analyst at NEXT plc, you will be an integral part of our software development team, working to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. 1. Plan and execute testing activities for all software development projects, ensuring quality assurance requirements are met.
2. Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
3. Ensure timely and accurate execution of tests, working with developers to identify and resolve defects.
4. Document and report all test results.
5. Develop and maintain automated test tools to improve test coverage and accuracy.
6. Work with software development team to ensure software development processes are followed and documented.
7. Monitor software development projects to ensure timely delivery and quality.
8. Communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
9. Stay up-to-date with trends in software testing and industry best practices.
