What kind of training and onboarding do Noridian employees receive?

Noridian provides a comprehensive training and onboarding program for new employees. This includes an orientation session to learn about the company, its values, goals, and processes; a review of the company’s policies and procedures; and an overview of the job, including job responsibilities, expectations, and tasks. Additionally, employees receive training specific to their job function, which may include classroom training, hands-on training, online courses, or a combination of all three. All employees are also provided with a mentor or supervisor to help guide them through the onboarding process.
