
Administrative Support Assistant - Call Center

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the Call Center with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Provide administrative support to the Call Center team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records and files.
- Assist patients with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments within Northwell Health to ensure seamless patient care.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- Follow all protocols and procedures to ensure the confidentiality of patient information.
- Identify and escalate urgent patient concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures within the Call Center.
- Attend departmental meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with fellow Administrative Support Assistants to ensure coverage and support for the Call Center.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to Northwell Health's mission and values in all interactions with patients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Comply with all regulatory and compliance standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor or Manager.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Call Center Environment
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Computer Software
