  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the Call Center with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Provide administrative support to the Call Center team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  3. Maintain accurate and organized patient records and files.
  4. Assist patients with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Collaborate with other departments within Northwell Health to ensure seamless patient care.
  6. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  7. Follow all protocols and procedures to ensure the confidentiality of patient information.
  8. Identify and escalate urgent patient concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  9. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures within the Call Center.
  10. Attend departmental meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with fellow Administrative Support Assistants to ensure coverage and support for the Call Center.
  12. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  13. Adhere to Northwell Health's mission and values in all interactions with patients, visitors, and colleagues.
  14. Comply with all regulatory and compliance standards.
  15. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor or Manager.

Job Qualifications
