  1. Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and inquiries from patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patients' needs, concerns, and inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
  3. Schedule appointments and register patients for various services, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  4. Utilize electronic health record systems to retrieve and update patient information accurately and efficiently.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and accurate responses to patient inquiries and requests.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of Northwell Health's services, facilities, and policies to effectively assist patients and provide accurate information.
  7. Document and escalate patient complaints and concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  8. Meet and maintain daily call volume and quality standards set by the organization.
  9. Continuously strive to improve customer service by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  10. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  11. Attend training and development programs to stay updated on organizational policies, procedures, and services.
  12. Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to ensure a positive and professional work environment.
  13. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

The Candidate Must Be Able To Work Efficiently And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
