Director, Business Strategy

At Northwell Health, we’re seeking an experienced, collaborative, and strategic leader to join our senior management team as the Director of Business Strategy. The Director of Business Strategy will be a key contributor to the organization’s success, overseeing the development and implementation of our business strategies, goals, and objectives.The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 5-7 years of strategic planning and business development experience. In-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, analytics, and trends is essential. The Director of Business Strategy must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position offers an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment and to participate in the growth and evolution of Northwell Health. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives to support the success of Northwell Health.
2. Analyze healthcare operations, analytics, and trends to identify potential opportunities and solutions.
3. Lead and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to effectively implement strategies.
4. Create and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
5. Prepare budgets, reports, and presentations for senior management.
6. Monitor progress of initiatives and provide feedback to stakeholders.
7. Research and stay up-to-date with healthcare industry trends and best practices.
8. Develop and maintain effective communication channels within the organization.
9. Provide leadership and direction to the business strategy team.
10. Manage and mentor team members to ensure goals are met.
