- Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce intelligence strategy that aligns with the overall goals and mission of Northwell Health.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the organization's workforce.
- Identify key trends and patterns in workforce data to provide insights and recommendations for improving workforce effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, department heads, and executives, to understand business needs and develop solutions that align with those needs.
- Lead a team of workforce analysts to conduct in-depth analyses and produce accurate and actionable reports and presentations.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators and monitor workforce trends.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in workforce analytics, and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve the organization's workforce intelligence capabilities.
- Communicate complex workforce data and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to develop and implement workforce planning strategies that align with the organization's short-term and long-term goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance workforce analytics capabilities and access to data.
- Facilitate training and development programs for HR and other leaders on how to use data and analytics to make informed workforce decisions.
- Provide guidance and support to other departments and teams seeking workforce data and insights.
- Manage the budget and resources for workforce intelligence initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's workforce intelligence processes and systems.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Workforce Planning, Analytics, Or Related Role.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Data And Systems, Including Hris And Workforce Planning Software.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data.
Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Analysts And Data Professionals.
