  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce intelligence strategy that aligns with the overall goals and mission of Northwell Health.
  2. Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the organization's workforce.
  3. Identify key trends and patterns in workforce data to provide insights and recommendations for improving workforce effectiveness and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, department heads, and executives, to understand business needs and develop solutions that align with those needs.
  5. Lead a team of workforce analysts to conduct in-depth analyses and produce accurate and actionable reports and presentations.
  6. Develop and maintain data dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators and monitor workforce trends.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in workforce analytics, and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve the organization's workforce intelligence capabilities.
  8. Communicate complex workforce data and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Collaborate with HR leaders to develop and implement workforce planning strategies that align with the organization's short-term and long-term goals.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance workforce analytics capabilities and access to data.
  11. Facilitate training and development programs for HR and other leaders on how to use data and analytics to make informed workforce decisions.
  12. Provide guidance and support to other departments and teams seeking workforce data and insights.
  13. Manage the budget and resources for workforce intelligence initiatives.
  14. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's workforce intelligence processes and systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Workforce Planning, Analytics, Or Related Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Data And Systems, Including Hris And Workforce Planning Software.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data.

  • Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Analysts And Data Professionals.
