EKG Technician

1. Perform electrocardiograms (EKGs) on patients according to established protocols and standards.
2. Monitor patient during EKG procedure, performing necessary interventions as needed.
3. Follow up with patients regarding any abnormal EKG results.
4. Enter patient information into medical records systems accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Maintain current knowledge of EKG protocols and best practices.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
7. Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare team.
8. Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
