Responsibilities:

3. Monitor patient care and provide assistance as needed.
4. Respond to emergency calls and provide support to patients and their families.
5. Ensure that all medications are administered correctly and monitor for potential adverse reactions.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions and treatments.
7. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and requirements.
8. Collaborate with other medical personnel and emergency personnel to ensure the best possible patient care.
9. Provide training and mentoring to new EMTs.
10. Assist with the development of new protocols and procedures for emergency medical services.
