  1. Provide exceptional service to executives by anticipating their needs and ensuring they are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all executive requests and inquiries, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor at all times.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of the executives' schedules and priorities in order to effectively manage their time and commitments.
  4. Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for executives.
  5. Proactively communicate with executives to confirm appointments, meetings, and other important events.
  6. Assist with planning and organizing events, both on and off-site, for executives and their teams.
  7. Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
  8. Act as a liaison between executives and other departments within the organization to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  9. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and presentations as requested by executives.
  10. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the executive concierge service.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional image of Northwell Health at all times, both internally and externally.
  13. Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the executive team.
  14. Uphold Northwell Health's values of compassion, excellence, innovation, and integrity in all interactions with executives and colleagues.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In The Hospitality Industry: The Ideal Candidate For An Executive Concierge Position At Northwell Health Should Have A Strong Background In The Hospitality Industry, With Experience In Managing High-End Hotels, Resorts Or Private Clubs. This Experience Will Enable Them To Provide Exceptional Service To Patients And Guests At Northwell Health.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Executive Concierge, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Patients, Visitors, And Staff On A Daily Basis. Therefore, They Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With People From Diverse Backgrounds.
