
Hospitality Liaison
Northwell Health is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Hospitality Liaison to join our team and provide exceptional hospitality services to our guests. We are looking for someone with a strong background in hospitality and customer service who is passionate about creating positive experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring a smooth check-in process, and managing all aspects of guest accommodations.The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and an eye for detail. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of two years of hospitality-related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Must also be computer literate and have a strong sense of customer service excellence. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of guest accommodations, including check-in processes, room assignments, and any other hospitality services needed.
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and handle any inquiries related to their stay.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor throughout all interactions with guests.
- Ensure guests are given accurate information about the hotel’s amenities and services.
- Handle any complaints or requests from guests in a timely manner.
- Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Utilize computer systems to record reservations, customer information, and other data.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure optimal customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ensure all areas of the hotel are well-stocked.
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
