Hospitality Liaison

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of two years of hospitality-related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of guest accommodations, including check-in processes, room assignments, and any other hospitality services needed.
2. Greet and welcome guests warmly and handle any inquiries related to their stay.
3. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor throughout all interactions with guests.
4. Ensure guests are given accurate information about the hotel’s amenities and services.
5. Handle any complaints or requests from guests in a timely manner.
6. Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to ensure consistent service excellence.
7. Utilize computer systems to record reservations, customer information, and other data.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure optimal customer service.
9. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ensure all areas of the hotel are well-stocked.
10. Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
