We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Project Manager-Flexstaff (TEMP) to join our dynamic and innovative team at Flexstaff, our internal staffing agency. As a temporary position, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, while gaining valuable experience within our organization.As an HR Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and implementation of various HR initiatives, while managing the day-to-day operations of Flexstaff.   1. Oversee the development and implementation of various HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and performance management systems.
  2. Manage the day-to-day operations of Flexstaff, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.
  3. Collaborate with HR and department leaders to identify and address staffing needs, project deadlines, and other HR-related issues.
  4. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure the successful execution of HR projects and initiatives.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  6. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership and department heads.
  7. Identify potential risks and issues and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within Flexstaff and across the organization.
  9. Utilize data and analytics to track project outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and project management, and apply them to enhance our processes and procedures.
  11. Serve as a resource for employees and leaders on HR policies and procedures.
  12. Coach and mentor team members to support their professional growth and development.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  14. Uphold the mission, values, and culture of Northwell Health in all interactions and decision-making.
  15. Other duties as assigned by senior leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Regulations.

  • Experience Managing Teams And Coordinating With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Excellent Communication, Organization, And Time-Management Skills.
