- Oversee the development and implementation of various HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and performance management systems.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Flexstaff, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to identify and address staffing needs, project deadlines, and other HR-related issues.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure the successful execution of HR projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership and department heads.
- Identify potential risks and issues and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within Flexstaff and across the organization.
- Utilize data and analytics to track project outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and project management, and apply them to enhance our processes and procedures.
- Serve as a resource for employees and leaders on HR policies and procedures.
- Coach and mentor team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Uphold the mission, values, and culture of Northwell Health in all interactions and decision-making.
- Other duties as assigned by senior leadership.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Regulations.
Experience Managing Teams And Coordinating With Cross-Functional Departments.
Excellent Communication, Organization, And Time-Management Skills.
