  1. Oversee plumbing operations: The Lead Plumber will be responsible for overseeing all plumbing operations within the healthcare organization, ensuring that all plumbing systems are functioning properly to support the daily operations of the facility.
  2. Lead and manage a team: The Lead Plumber will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of plumbers, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  3. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues: The Lead Plumber will be responsible for troubleshooting and addressing any plumbing issues that may arise, using their technical expertise to find solutions and minimize downtime.
  4. Plan and prioritize work: The Lead Plumber will be responsible for creating work schedules, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed within deadlines and according to established standards.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulations: The Lead Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work is in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as healthcare industry standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Licensed Plumber, Including Experience In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Plumbing Codes And Regulations, As Well As Understanding Of Building And Construction Plans.

  • Experience Managing And Coordinating Projects, Including Scheduling, Budgeting, And Overseeing A Team Of Plumbers.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Clients, And Other Professionals.

  • Current Plumbing License And Certifications, Including Backflow Prevention And Gas Piping, As Well As A Clean Driving Record.
