  1. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with patients to help them manage and overcome mental health challenges.
  2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
  3. Monitor and document patient progress, behaviors, and responses to treatment.
  4. Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing acute mental health episodes.
  5. Educate patients and their families on coping strategies, resources, and community support services.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards in all interactions with patients and their families.
  7. Assist in developing and implementing therapeutic activities and programs for patients.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  9. Monitor and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
  10. Stay updated on current mental health research, trends, and best practices to continuously improve patient care.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
  12. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
  13. Adhere to all hospital and departmental policies and procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  14. Continuously evaluate and assess patient needs and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  15. Attend trainings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the mental health field.
  16. Serve as a positive and supportive role model for patients and colleagues.
  17. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  18. Empathize and show compassion to patients and their families.
  19. Maintain a professional and non-judgmental attitude towards patients from diverse backgrounds.
  20. Adhere to all regulatory and accreditation standards related to mental health services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Mental Health Setting

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities For Mental Health Disorders

  • Experience In Crisis Intervention And Risk Assessment

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Communicate Effectively With Patients And Their Families
