Responsibilities:

1. Provide perfusion services to patients in the operating room and other areas.
2. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines for perfusionists.
3. Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of perfusion procedures and patient outcomes.
5. Utilize advanced technology, such as heart-lung machines, to ensure safe and effective use of perfusion services.
6. Participate in continuing education programs related to perfusion.
7. Monitor and adjust patient's vital signs during perfusion procedures.
8. Respond to emergency situations quickly and calmly.
9. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor in all interactions with patients, families, colleagues, and other healthcare providers.
10. Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives related to perfusion.
