  1. Develop and implement quality management and performance improvement strategies and initiatives to enhance patient care and overall organizational performance.
  2. Monitor and analyze quality metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of quality management and performance improvement programs.
  5. Lead training and education initiatives for staff on quality management and performance improvement principles and practices.
  6. Facilitate quality improvement projects and initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  7. Coordinate and participate in quality improvement committees and meetings to drive continuous improvement efforts.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management and performance improvement and make recommendations for organizational adoption.
  9. Act as a liaison between the organization and external quality and regulatory agencies.
  10. Communicate regularly with leadership and staff about quality management and performance improvement efforts and progress.
  11. Uphold the organization's mission and values by promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  12. Collaborate with other members of the quality management team to develop and implement organization-wide quality improvement programs and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Management And Performance Improvement In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Methodologies And Tools, Such As Lean Six Sigma, Pdsa Cycles, And Root Cause Analysis.

  • Experience Working With Regulatory Bodies And Accreditation Agencies, Such As The Joint Commission And Cms.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Engage With Various Stakeholders, Including Clinicians, Administrators, And External Partners.
