
Registered Nurse Coding Auditor
At Northwell Health, we are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Registered Nurse (RN) Coding Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing, validating, and analyzing data associated with medical coding and billing. You will ensure that coding accuracy and compliance standards are met and will provide training to coding staff on proper coding techniques.The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone with a passion for learning and an understanding of the nuances of medical coding and billing. - Collaborate with other departments and personnel to ensure coding accuracy and compliance.
- Perform regular audits and report findings to management.
- Assist with coding and billing inquiries and disputes.
