  1. Provide exceptional patient care by utilizing clinical expertise and following best practices.
  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.
  3. Assess and monitor patient's physical and emotional well-being, and provide appropriate interventions as needed.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Document all patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  7. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of safe and high-quality care.
  8. Maintain knowledge of current nursing practices and procedures to continuously improve patient outcomes.
  9. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
  10. Act as a patient advocate and ensure that patient's rights are respected.
  11. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and coordinate patient care.
  12. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
  13. Assist with discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition for patients.
  14. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  15. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and educational programs.
  16. Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  17. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  18. Comply with all infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
  19. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make sound nursing judgments.

Job Qualifications
