Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue for Northwell Health.
2. Analyze current market trends and develop new business opportunities.
3. Monitor industry developments and anticipate shifts in customer needs to ensure Northwell Health remains competitive.
4. Research potential partners and evaluate their potential to benefit Northwell Health’s business development.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
6. Create budgets and financial models to track progress and analyze data.
7. Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to senior management.
8. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the business development team.
9. Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
10. Identify areas of improvement and propose innovative solutions.
