
Supervisor, Payroll

- Oversee and manage the payroll department, including supervising a team of payroll specialists.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including wage and salary calculations, deductions, and bonuses.
- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate and consistent employee data and payroll information.
- Review and approve payroll reports before distribution to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Train and mentor payroll staff on new processes, procedures, and software.
- Stay informed on changes and updates to payroll laws and regulations, and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and submit required payroll tax filings and payments.
- Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify and address any discrepancies or trends.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee payroll information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Participate in regular performance evaluations of payroll staff and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Payroll Processing And Management.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Payroll Laws And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills.
Proficient In Payroll Software And Systems, Such As Adp Or Kronos.
