- Develop and implement creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to Northwell Health.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the position requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to keep them engaged and interested in potential career opportunities at Northwell Health.
- Represent Northwell Health and its values in all interactions with candidates and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment metrics and progress.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of Northwell Health in all interactions and communications with candidates.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Tools, As Well As A Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
