Job Description

As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Level III, you will play a crucial role in our team by administering anesthesia and managing the care of patients undergoing various medical procedures.   1. Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing medical procedures, ensuring the safety and comfort of the patient at all times.
  2. Monitor the patient’s vital signs and make necessary adjustments to the anesthesia during the procedure.
  3. Collaborate with the surgical team to develop a safe and effective anesthesia plan for each patient.
  4. Assess and evaluate the patient’s medical history, current condition, and any potential risks or complications related to anesthesia.
  5. Educate and inform patients and their families about the anesthesia process and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all anesthesia administered, patient responses, and any complications or adverse reactions.
  7. Stay current on advancements and best practices in anesthesia, ensuring the highest level of care for patients.
  8. Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the department and organization.
  9. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and students, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  10. Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with the healthcare team, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  12. Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients and their families, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being is prioritized throughout their care.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nurse Anesthesia From An Accredited Program

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Crna In A Hospital Setting

  • Certification As A Crna From The National Board Of Certification And Recertification For Nurse Anesthetists (Nbcrna)

  • Current And Unrestricted State Nursing License

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals) Certifications
