- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing medical procedures, ensuring the safety and comfort of the patient at all times.
- Monitor the patient’s vital signs and make necessary adjustments to the anesthesia during the procedure.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to develop a safe and effective anesthesia plan for each patient.
- Assess and evaluate the patient’s medical history, current condition, and any potential risks or complications related to anesthesia.
- Educate and inform patients and their families about the anesthesia process and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all anesthesia administered, patient responses, and any complications or adverse reactions.
- Stay current on advancements and best practices in anesthesia, ensuring the highest level of care for patients.
- Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the department and organization.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and students, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

Master's Degree In Nurse Anesthesia From An Accredited Program
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Crna In A Hospital Setting
Certification As A Crna From The National Board Of Certification And Recertification For Nurse Anesthetists (Nbcrna)
Current And Unrestricted State Nursing License
