As the Clinic Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our organization by overseeing the daily operations and providing administrative support to our team of healthcare professionals.   1. Oversee daily operations of the Family Medicine clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow.
  2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to healthcare operations.
  3. Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of patient care.
  5. Manage budget and expenses, including monitoring revenue and expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure coordination of care and continuity of services.
  7. Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
  8. Monitor and evaluate clinic performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans as needed.
  9. Act as a liaison between the clinic and other departments or external organizations, representing the clinic's interests and needs.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and trends, implementing best practices and making recommendations for process improvements.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff.
  13. Handle any patient complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the clinic, working towards achieving organizational objectives.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the clinic and organization positively in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Leadership Role, Preferably In A Family Medicine Clinic Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Including Hipaa And Osha.

  • Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Developing Staff, As Well As Creating A Positive Work Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Physicians, Staff, And Patients.
