1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of medical practices within Novant Health.
2. Ensure high quality, efficient and effective patient care is delivered at all times.
3. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve practice operations and patient satisfaction.
4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
5. Collaborate with other department heads and medical staff to ensure smooth integration and coordination of services.
6. Lead and mentor practice managers and staff to promote a positive and productive work environment.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure optimal pricing and service levels.
8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA.
9. Develop and manage budgets for practice operations and identify opportunities for cost savings.
10. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including physicians, to ensure alignment and understanding of practice goals and initiatives.
11. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually improve practice operations.
12. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
13. Serve as a liaison between the medical practices and other departments within Novant Health.
14. Facilitate and coordinate training and development programs for practice staff.
15. Promote a culture of exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.
