1. Conduct regular health assessments and screenings for employees to ensure their overall well-being and identify any potential health concerns.
2. Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote a healthy workplace culture and prevent common occupational health issues.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for employees, including referrals and follow-up appointments.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee health records, including vaccination records, medical history, and any work-related injuries.
5. Educate employees on best practices for maintaining good health and preventing illness and injury in the workplace.
6. Conduct research and stay updated on current occupational health regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance.
7. Prepare and present reports to management on the overall health and wellness of employees and make recommendations for improvement.
8. Administer and monitor any necessary immunizations and vaccinations for employees.
9. Provide support and resources for employees dealing with work-related injuries or illnesses.
10. Collaborate with HR and other departments to facilitate timely return to work for employees on leave due to health reasons.
11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards in all interactions with employees and their health information.
12. Continuously evaluate and improve employee health programs and initiatives based on feedback and data analysis.
13. Serve as a resource and advocate for employees, providing support and guidance on health-related concerns.
14. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by identifying and addressing any potential health hazards.
15. Participate in employee health and wellness events and initiatives to promote a positive and healthy workplace culture.
