  1. Provide compassionate care to pediatric patients: The primary responsibility of this role is to provide compassionate and nurturing care to children who are in need of medical attention.
  2. Ensure quality care: The LPN will be responsible for ensuring that the care provided to pediatric patients meets the highest standards of quality and is in line with the policies and procedures of the organization.

  5. Administer medications and treatments: The LPN will be responsible for administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, ensuring accuracy and following proper protocols.
  6. Monitor patient progress: The LPN will closely monitor and document the progress of pediatric patients, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  7. Educate patients and families: The LPN will educate patients and their families on proper care techniques, medication administration, and other important information to promote a safe and healthy recovery.
  8. Adhere to safety standards: The LPN will follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of patients, staff, and visitors.
  9. Maintain accurate records: The LPN will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, treatments, and progress notes.
  10. Stay current with industry knowledge: The LPN will stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in pediatric care to provide the best possible care to patients.
  11. Assist with procedures: The LPN may be required to assist with pediatric procedures and treatments, providing support and assistance to the physician or other healthcare professionals.

Job Qualifications
