1. Lead and manage the behavioral health services team to ensure high-quality care is provided to patients.
2. Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the delivery of behavioral health services.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the behavioral health services team and implement corrective actions when necessary.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and resources to enhance patient care.
6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to behavioral health services.
7. Develop and manage the budget for behavioral health services and make strategic decisions to optimize resources.
8. Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members.
