Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Novant Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. This role will provide care to newborns, their families, and communities, while also working closely with physicians and other healthcare staff to ensure a high standard of care. The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced and certified NNP, with a passion for providing excellent care to patients and their families. The successful candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a Master's Degree in Nursing with a focus on Neonatal Care. In addition, current certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner is required. The NNP must also demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a compassionate approach to patient care. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should have experience with providing family-centered care, working with diverse populations, and managing a high-volume newborn unit. Finally, experience in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, as well as knowledge of evidence-based practice is preferred.
