  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  4. Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely in accordance with professional and facility standards.
  5. Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve patients' functional abilities and independence.
  6. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, home exercises, and adaptive equipment to facilitate optimal recovery and self-management.
  7. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in occupational therapy through continuing education and professional development.
  8. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  9. Advocate for patients' rights and needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  10. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
  11. Adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations in all aspects of practice.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance.
  13. Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and open communication.
  14. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or department leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Therapy From An Accredited Institution. A Master's Degree Is Preferred.
