Responsibilities of the Patient Services Coordinator - Pediatric Gastro:

• Serve as the primary contact for patients and their families
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive patient experience
• Follow up with patients to ensure their needs are being met
• Maintain accurate records of patient visits and follow-up care
• Provide information about services and resources to assist patients
• Coordinate with nurses, providers, and other staff to ensure patient care
• Respond to inquiries from patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Assist with scheduling and other administrative tasks
• Assist in developing policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and other regulations
