  14. Follow all organizational policies and procedures.
  15. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
  16. Stay updated on community resources and refer clients to appropriate services.
  17. Attend team meetings and participate in case consultations.
  18. Support and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  19. Act as a liaison between clients and other mental health professionals.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Ged: A Minimum Education Requirement For A Peer Support Specialist At Novant Health Is A High School Diploma Or Ged. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Knowledge To Perform The Job Duties Effectively.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Peer Support Specialist, Effective Communication Is Crucial In Building Relationships With Individuals And Providing Support.
