1. Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
2. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' individual needs and goals.
3. Implement evidence-based interventions and techniques to help patients improve their physical functioning.
4. Utilize various modalities such as exercise, manual therapy, and education to assist patients in achieving optimal outcomes.
5. Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
