  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Novant Health.
  2. Conduct thorough and targeted searches for qualified candidates through various sources such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  6. Ensure a diverse and inclusive recruitment process by actively seeking out diverse candidates and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  7. Represent Novant Health at job fairs, conferences, and other events to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
  8. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in recruitment strategies to continuously improve our recruitment process.
  10. Uphold and promote Novant Health's values and culture throughout the recruitment process.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
