1. Provide exceptional care to patients in various facilities within the healthcare system.
2. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
5. Monitor and assess patient’s health status and respond to changes accordingly.
6. Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
7. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address any questions or concerns.
8. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
10. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on current practices and procedures.
11. Serve as a resource and mentor to less experienced nurses.
12. Work collaboratively with the CSSO team to schedule and assign staff to various facilities as needed.
13. Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members.
14. Act as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and compassion in patient care.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve patient care processes and outcomes.
16. Adhere to all state, federal, and facility regulations and guidelines.
17. Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
18. Handle any emergency situations in a calm and efficient manner.
19. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
20. Perform other duties as assigned by the CSSO manager.
