Bachelor's Or Associate's Degree In Nursing: A Candidate For The Rn- Special Maternity Care Position At Novant Health Should Have A Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution. This Education Provides The Necessary Foundation Of Knowledge And Skills Required For The Role.
Active Rn License: To Practice As A Registered Nurse, The Candidate Must Hold A Valid And Active Rn License In The State Where They Will Be Employed. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The Necessary Requirements And Is Authorized To Practice Nursing.
Specialized Training In Maternity Care: Novant Health Is Seeking A Candidate Who Has Specialized Training In Maternity Care. This Could Include Additional Certification Or Coursework In Areas Such As Labor And Delivery, Postpartum Care, Or Neonatal Care.
Experience In A Hospital Setting: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Hospital, Preferably In A Maternity Care Unit. This Experience Demonstrates The Candidate's Ability To Handle The Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Environment That Is Typical In A Healthcare Setting.
