1. Provide exceptional care to laboring mothers and their newborns in a compassionate and professional manner.
2. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
3. Monitor and assess patients' physical and emotional well-being during labor and delivery.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
