Sterile Processing Technician Certified

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to work independently on complex tasks.To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Sterile Processing Technician; and a minimum of one year of experience in a surgical setting. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure surgical suites are stocked and in compliance with safety standards.
2. Monitor and restock inventory levels as needed.
3. Prepare surgical equipment for sterilization.
4. Follow established safety protocols when cleaning and sterilizing surgical equipment.
5. Document all equipment sterilization processes.
6. Maintain records of sterilization processes and inventory levels.
7. Assist in the setup and breakdown of surgical suites.
8. Monitor and troubleshoot sterilization equipment.
9. Communicate effectively with other healthcare staff.
10. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
