Talent Sourcing Specialist

The Talent Sourcing Specialist will work with key stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing strategies and actively engage candidates. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
2. Effectively communicate with key stakeholders to understand their needs for talent.
3. Build relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to ensure successful recruitment processes.
4. Utilize a variety of recruitment methods and tools to find potential talent.
5. Track and maintain records of all recruitment activities.
6. Manage multiple requests with competing priorities.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
8. Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices.
9. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
