  1. Provide expert care and support to women during all stages of pregnancy and childbirth.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  3. Monitor and assess the health status of patients and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
  4. Educate patients and their families on various aspects of women's health, including pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.
  5. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
  7. Advocate for patients and their families to ensure their needs and preferences are met.
  8. Utilize critical thinking skills to make quick and accurate decisions in emergency situations.
  9. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to infection control and safety policies.
  10. Participate in continuous education and training opportunities to stay updated on the latest advancements in women's health.
  11. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and sensitivity towards patients and their families.
  12. Comply with all legal and ethical standards and regulations.
  13. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
  14. Prioritize and manage workload efficiently to ensure timely and effective patient care.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve nursing practices to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Is Required For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Nursing Principles And Practices.

  • Current Rn License: All Applicants Must Have A Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Where The Position Is Located. This License Must Be In Good Standing With No Restrictions.

  • Women's Health Experience: Previous Experience Working In Women's Health Services Is Highly Desired. This Could Include Experience In Labor And Delivery, Postpartum, Gynecology, Or Other Areas Specific To Women's Health.

  • Bls And Nrp Certifications: Basic Life Support (Bls) And Neonatal Resuscitation Program (Nrp) Certifications Are Required For This Position. These Certifications Demonstrate The Candidate's Knowledge And Skills In Emergency Care And Resuscitation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Women's Services Rn, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Providing Quality Patient Care And Building A Positive Work Environment.
