You should have an advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Bioinformatics, or a related field. You should have a solid understanding of Machine Learning and Data Mining algorithms and techniques, and experience applying them to real-world problems. You should have knowledge of programming languages such as Python and R as well as SQL and NoSQL databases. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy data science models to solve complex business problems.
2. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, relationships, and patterns.
3. Develop and implement advanced predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and statistical models.
4. Develop data processing pipelines and maintain databases.
5. Utilize a variety of programming languages (Python, R, SQL, NoSQL) to manipulate and analyze data.
6. Collaborate with other members of the data science team to identify and solve problems.
7. Present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
8. Stay up to date with the latest data science trends and technologies.
9. Monitor and evaluate the performance of models.
10. Ensure data quality and security protocols are followed.
