  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to provide updates on technology initiatives and seek feedback.
  14. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in all technology solutions.
  15. Continuously evaluate and identify areas for improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies, and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Tech Leadership Role, Preferably In The Financial Or Banking Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Technical Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Software Engineers.
