Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding Employee Experience Manager to join our team at Old Navy. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and motivated individual with a passion for ensuring our employees have the best experience possible. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote employee engagement and satisfaction. Reporting directly to the executive team, the Employee Experience Manager will serve as a key partner in propelling our organization to the next level.To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources capacity, preferably within a large retail environment. You should be an excellent communicator and have a proven track record of developing successful employee experience initiatives. You must be driven and organized, as well as possess an eye for detail, in order to effectively coordinate our team.
