In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote employee engagement and satisfaction. Reporting directly to the executive team, the Employee Experience Manager will serve as a key partner in propelling our organization to the next level.To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources capacity, preferably within a large retail environment. You should be an excellent communicator and have a proven track record of developing successful employee experience initiatives. You must be driven and organized, as well as possess an eye for detail, in order to effectively coordinate our team.
